(Keep in mind that some details may vary depending on your skin, the area to be tattooed, the technique used to pigment, the size of the black out, etc.)
Wash your hands very well with an antibacterial soap.
Remove the absorbent cloths before going to bed the first night, wash the tattooed area and surroundings very well with a pH neutral liquid soap. Remove all the “shiny” parts until the tattoo looks “matte”.
Cover again with new absorbent cloths until the next morning.
The next morning repeat steps 1 and 2.
If it does not ooze anymore like in image A, leave it uncovered. After approximately 10 minutes it should look like in image B.
If it continues to ooze, cover it again until the next morning changing the cloths 1 or 2 more times.
Once we stop using the cloths, wash at least 3 times a day to maintain hygiene. If necessary, wash it more times.
Avoid using cream for at least the next 3/4 days. If it feels very “dry/tight” you can wash it or wet it to moisten the area a little.
After the 4/6th day it should start to “peele”. Do not remove the peels/scabs, they should fall off on their own.
It is normal after a blackout session for the area to become quite inflamed, I recommend visiting your trusted doctor.
Many times it may be necessary to do a second touch-up session so that the blackout is homogeneous, but do not worry, this session is always much milder and easier to cure.
